Mina Ebrahimi’s passion in the Culinary business and field was nurtured at a young age by her parents upon their migration into the United States. This was at Tiffany’s Bakery at Seven Corners.

She later took over the family’s business in Tyson’s Galleria at Saint Germain Cafe. At 26, had a grand vision of turning her passion for cooking and creating memorable events into a money inlet.

This was the birth of Saint Germain Catering. This was all in 1998. Moving with pace, to follow her vision and broadening it, Saint Germain started providing Corporate Catering in 1999.

It didn’t take long before the company was transformed into providing full catering service. Their services expanded to serving weddings, special events, business luncheons and private parties.

Part of the attribution to her success and the company’s success too can go to her hand on approach, passion and meticulous nature. She goes on to oversee the company’s day-to-day partaking and being involved in the kitchen management.

Mina Ebrahimi has exercised the characteristics of a perpetual student, for, despite her success, she attends seminars on cuisine, technique and decor and design. This has been channeled to help the organization provide better service.

Mina is also equipped with a philanthropic heart. she has integrated the Jack Ebrahimi Program at the University of Pennsylvania where an Interventional Radiology Veterinarian Program, which is one of the only in the country.

This program through a dog named McBaine helped detect Ovarian Cancer in women. Through animals being treated in this program for Cancer, the proceeds from Saint Germain help in its research.

She also strives in Operation Homefront for disabled soldiers coming from war. She also empowers women to start their own their own businesses to better their future via giving.

All this input to her organization and the world around her has gained her recognition like 2014 Enterprising Woman of the year, Scooping the 2012 Smart CEO Brava award and winning 2010 Top 40 Under 40.

Moreover, she has led Saint Germain to become the best caterer in Northern Virginia, as she strives to keep it unique.
